Potential Annual Earnings

$54,000 to $65,000+ Based on full-time employment on 2nd or 3rd shift, including applicable shift premium and recent average quarterly profit sharing. Overtime is not included. Actual earnings will vary.

Shifts & Training

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
All employees begin orientation on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

What You’ll Do

Operate machinery
Move steel materials
Assist with setups
Inspect product quality
Package shipments
Maintain a safe work area
Report issues
Support team production

What We’re Looking For

Reliable work history
Strong work ethic

Willingness to learn
Basic math skills
Able to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs
Willing to work assigned shift + overtime

Wage Information

$21.00–$24.50/ hr , based on experience

$2.00/ hr shift premium for 3rd shift
