We are looking for you to become our next District Manager! Candidates will participate in a five-week onboarding and training program.

Consistently demonstrate the standards, expectations, and professional skills as outlined for the role to ensure that we are focused on delivering a 5-star service experience to our Guests.

Understand the overarching company objective and values and communicates and models those values .

Manage budget, including payroll, to maximize profit potential of the district; develop recovery plans to address shortcomings as needed.

Responsible for hiring, training, and developing of all store management and minimizing turnover to retain a motivated, professional workforce that achieves their career objectives .

Conduct routine store visits, where it is expected that the District Manager assesses, develops, and implements store improvement plans, timelines, ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.

Communicate effectively and professionally with Store Support Center teammates to include Executive Management, Marketing, Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, and other departments as required .

Support direct reports with regularly scheduled store meetings and regular performance assessments.

Complete all Monro required training with the guidelines and timing provided.

Daily, mostly local travel

Occasional overnight stays

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Minimum of 5 years related combined education and experience.

Prior multi-unit retail management experience a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Supports initiatives to achieve company’s vision, mission, and values to be America’s leading auto service and tire center.

Has the ability to read, understand, analyze and manage profit and loss statements and to quantify the impact of store teammate practices and behaviors.

Pro-active, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding the business drivers and values.

Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.

Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including skills in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.

Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
