About the role
AGL Loy Yang is now accepting applications for Entry Level Engineers across Electrical, Mechanical and Civil disciplines.
Based in Traralgon, you will have the opportunity to work alongside engineers, specialists and leaders who operate and maintain our Loy Yang Power Station and Mine.
This role will give you mentorship, professional development, and on-the-job experience on Victoria’s largest generation asset.
What you'll be doing
- Operating within engineering teams and performing tasks relevant to AGL Loy Yang.
- Asset management, maintenance and optimisation of plant, systems and equipment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of engineering strategies
- Projects and program support.
- Investigations and analysis, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare factual and technical reports.
About You
You must have graduated within the last 3 years or be due to graduate prior to commencement .
We recruit the following disciplines
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering

- Must have the right to work in Australia.
- Own car and licence, public transport not available on site.
