  • Release and operational readiness: Represent Run the Business in release planning, testing, implementation, and readiness reviews; confirm that procedures, controls, communications, training, support models, and escalation paths are complete before production deployment.
  • Governance and management reporting: Prepare clear, data-driven materials for leadership and governance forums, providing transparent views of service health, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and recommended actions.
  • Financial and capacity management: Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, resource prioritization, vendor oversight, and cost management for the Settlement product portfolio.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Break down silos and align global teams across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Client Services around shared outcomes.
