About The Role

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Racing is where our story began.

In 1901, Henry Ford climbed into a car he built himself—"Sweepstakes"—and beat America's most famous driver. He wasn't a racer, but he had to win. He did. Ford Motor Company was born from that victory.

That fighting spirit lives on in Ford Racing today. We're the engineers, strategists, and competitors who bring Ford's track-tested edge into every vehicle we build. Every track, every stage, every proving ground—that's where we prove ourselves.

The result: one of the world's most iconic brands, legendary nameplates, and a team unmatched in the industry.

Our mantra: Race to win, engineer to lead.

If you're a competitor, innovator, or performance obsessive, Ford Racing is where you belong. Help us write the next chapter

What you will do...

  • Lead content creation and curation using Ford Racing assets — vehicles, teams, drivers, and activation moments — to fuel our social channels
  • Represent Ford Racing on-site at trackside events and other brand functions, supporting real-time social coverage
  • Build presentations for social initiatives and guide agency partners supporting our platforms
  • Track performance data and community engagement across all channels, spotting patterns and using insights to sharpen content strategy
  • Research emerging social trends and bring fresh ideas into Ford Racing's broader business strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across Engineering, Ford Social, Communications, Global Markets, Licensing, Dealer Relations, Design, Retail Marketing, and Product Marketing
  • Build relationships with social leads at sanctioning bodies, race teams, driver organizations, and other partner organizations.

You'll have...

  • A Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field (equivalent experience welcome)
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on social media work
  • Experience managing social channels in motorsports, sports, or a related fast-paced field (automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Strong working knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads) and how they fit into an integrated marketing plan
  • A genuine curiosity about social trends and culture
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deliver on time, and stay within budget
  • Comfort with a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends during race events

Even better, if you have...

  • Hands-on content creation skills (photo, video, editing)
  • General familiarity with the motorsports industry
