About The Role

  • 岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）：
  • 1.负责集团各业务安全、风险事件处置管理
  • 2.负责构建全链路安全处置产品能力，从识别、干预、处置、复盘，提升风险处置能力
  • 3.迭代安全处置规范，做到尽职尽责，安全事件风险可控
  • 4.负责安全处置团队管理，提升员工处置能力
  • 5.复盘高风险事件，协同业务降低安全发生
  • 任职要求（Requirements）：
  • 1.具备安全管理、应急事故处置一线实践经验与体系搭建经验
  • 2.完整经历过：重大伤亡 / 恶性案件全流程处置，包含现场、家属谈判、多方协调、复盘整改；熟悉出行行业出行安全风险场景。
  • 3.极强的跨方协调能力：对内跨业务、法务公关；对外公安、监管、当事人家属高压谈判。
  • 4.数据驱动，能看懂安全案件指标，能透过数据定位根因，输出落地治理方案
