About The Role

  1. 岗位隶属租车-商分团队，负责哈啰租车的经营分析工作；
  2. 负责年度预算制定、业务目标拆解和日常目标达成追踪分析工作；
  3. 统筹一线团队的绩效考核方案设计，包括目标制定、流程梳理和策略落地； 4. 从经营视角推动整个业务降本增效，有流程管理的能力，通过各种方式提升组织人效；
  4. 学历要求：本科及以上学历；
  5. 经验要求：具备5年以上互联网经营分析岗位工作经验；
  6. 技能要求：熟悉SQL/Excel，掌握通用数据分析工具和通用的分析方法；
  7. 具有良好的商业敏感度和数据分析能力，能够自主完成复杂经营分析工作；
  8. 具有较强的逻辑思维、清晰的沟通表达、项目管理及组织协调能力；
  9. 具有优秀的团队合作精神，诚实、勤奋、严谨，有独立思考的能力。
