  • 我们希望你是 2025年11月-2027年10月 期间毕业的 博士/硕士研究生
  • 同时也是：
  • 学术先锋：在国内外顶刊/顶会上发表过重要学术论文（包括但不限于NeurIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV 等顶会或 IEEE Transactions 系列核心期刊）
  • 竞赛达人：在国内外顶尖赛事中取得优秀成绩（包括但不限于RoboMaster、Topcoder、Codeforces、ACM-ICPC、RoboCup、Kaggle、Nips、Kdd）
  • 实战高手：有自动驾驶、机器人、大模型基座，复杂Agent相关科研项目或实习经历（包括但不限于感知算法优化、决策模型开发,复杂多Agent的搭建等）
  • 同频共振：理性务实、敢想敢干、渴望成功、乐观激进、聪明自省
  • 职务描述：
  1. 参与自动驾驶仿真场景生成、Smart agent相关算法研发，加速推动智能交通流建设；
  2. 参与端到端仿真强化学习平台建设，推动实现自动驾驶在世界模型中的多模交互与强化学习训练
  • 1、计算机科学、数学、物理或相关专业；
  • 2、掌握linux下面的Python和shell开发，熟悉常用的深度学习训练框架，对自动驾驶仿真有浓厚兴趣；
  • 3、有轨迹预测、计算机视觉背景、熟悉Diffusion、了解三维重建相关算法者优先；
  • （加分）熟悉RAG、stable diffusion、LLM、强化学习等并有相关项目应用经验加分
  • （加分）熟悉常见的预测模型、规划模型SOTA，有顶会论文产出加分
