About The Role

  1. 装配工艺开发与优化
  • 参与电驱系统（电机、减速器等）的装配工艺流程设计，制定标准化作业指导书。
  • 分析装配过程中的工艺难点（如公差匹配、螺栓拧紧、密封装配等），提出优化方案。
  • 协助设计装配工装、夹具，提升生产效率和装配质量。
  1. 生产现场支持
  • 跟踪试制及量产阶段的装配过程，记录并分析装配问题（如干涉、错装、漏装等）。
  • 协同生产、质量部门解决现场工艺问题，推动持续改进。
  1. 工艺验证与数据分析
  • 参与装配工艺试验（如拧紧扭矩验证、密封性测试），整理测试数据并输出报告。
  • 学习使用MES系统，监控关键工艺参数（如拧紧曲线、压装力）。
  1. 跨部门协作
  • 与产品设计团队对接，反馈装配可行性问题。
  • 参与新项目APQP流程，协助完成工艺开发文档（PFMEA、控制计划等）。
  1. 学历与专业
  • 本科或硕士，机械设计制造及其自动化、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业。
  1. 技能要求
  • 熟悉机械制图与公差分析（GD&T），能读懂2D/3D图纸（CATIA/SolidWorks）。
  • 了解常见装配工艺（螺栓连接、压装、粘接、密封等）及检测方法（气密性测试、三坐标测量）。
  • 熟练使用Office软件，具备基础数据分析能力（如Excel图表处理）。
  1. 素质要求
  • 动手能力强，对生产现场问题敏感。
  • 逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
