About The Role

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning priorities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Lead recruitment activities from candidate attraction through offer management and hiring. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support salary offer preparation and hiring recommendations. Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding activities. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures. Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the labor market.
