About The Role

  • Monitors, verifies and reports on mechanical completions activities for E&I&T discipline
  • Review subsystem CC schedule and give recommended solutions for construction progress tracking.
  • Report on Discipline acceptance and subsystem handover work progress, bringing to notice the potential problems or delays and recommend solutions
  • Responsible for Discipline Mechanical Completion walk down and record the punch with follow up.
  • ITR punch and CC work down punch management.
  • Clarification of punch, ITR, Subsystem with Client and seek solution move job forward, identify any holding points, delay etc..
  • Review discipline daily/weekly report and identify improvement for fit for purpose.
  • Prepare and review work package, method statement, procedure and get it approved and executed.
  • Responsible for Discipline Construction Completion walk down and record the punch with follow up.
  • Supervises the Discipline ITR construction progress tracking and identify potential delay with MC schedule compliance.
  • Assists the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager in contacts with Client representatives for the handover of the Modules.
  • Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates
  • Guide in maintaining virtual documentation storage (ITR/ Check Sheet)

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, with the last 3 years in mechanical completions
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
  • Familiarity with Discipline Construction Completion activities (Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, etc.)
  • Knowledge of construction, subsystem, and checksheet concepts and processes
  • Experience with discipline material requirements and preparation
  • Proficiency with Completion Management Software (PIMS, EComs, ICAPS, Co-Console)
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Navisworks
  • Fluent English communication skills (listening, writing, speaking) with ability to liaise with client representatives on technical matters
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills across multiple disciplines, departments, contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Excellent technical and construction problem-solving ability with capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • Positive work attitude and commitment to maintaining virtual documentation storage (ITR/Check Sheets)
