Distribution Operations Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Distribution Operations Manager for one of our partners, a leading Digital Bank!

THE ROLE

You run the network that puts the bank within physical reach. Every Point deployed, every vendor keeping it running, every incident that takes one offline comes through the operation you lead, and how well you manage it decides whether the network is there when customers need it. In a bank built digital first, the Points are where it still shows up in person, and you're the one who keeps that promise.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and hold Point vendors accountable to contracted SLAs
• Oversee Point deployment, installation, and decommissioning strategy across locations
• Own Point network performance reporting and flag issues to the Banking Operations Director
• Manage Point related incident escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure Points operate in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Maintain oversight of documentation on Point locations, contracts, and vendor performance
• Coordinate with Technology, Infrastructure, Compliance & Risk teams on network issues
• Manage and develop the L1 Operations Analyst

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4 to 7 years in vendor management, field operations, or kiosk/ATM/self-service network management
• Experience managing third-party service providers and holding vendors to SLAs
• Strong operational coordination skills across multiple locations or sites
• Familiarity with kiosk, ATM, or self-service terminal operations preferred
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
