Job Overview

The Senior Quality Analyst leads complex quality investigations, supports audit readiness, and acts as a subject matter expert for quality standards and inspection methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead investigations into complex non-conformances
Validate and refine quality inspection processes
Support internal and external audits
Train and mentor Quality Analysts and Analyst II staff
Partner with supervisors and engineers on corrective actions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

5+ years in quality roles within manufacturing or construction environments
Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit exposure
Proven mentoring and problem-solving capability
