• Supervise daily collections operations across assigned accounts.
• Monitor KPIs such as DSO, delinquency rates, and recovery effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk accounts.
• Ensure adherence to regional regulatory and compliance requirements.

Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.

• Level of formal education: A bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Area of study: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Years of experience: 3–5 years of collections or credit experience.
• Prior leadership or team coordination experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
