Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager to lead a new, potential project. This Program Manager will lead a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

Bachelor's degree
PMP OR Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
10 years' experience overseeing large programs
at least 5 years' experience overseeing staff/personnel
Prior experience with contract administration
Experience with DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance
