About The Role

Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned preventive, and reactive maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair various types of ranges, ovens, stock pots, fryers, hot cupboards, hot plates, Chinese woks & experience with rational ovens if possible.
Diagnose and repair faults.
Source and order necessary materials and parts.
Complete and issue certification as required either manually or electronically.
Participate in shift patterns within the Maintenance Team during client occupations.
Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring tasks are performed correctly.
Deliver technical support and services related to the equipment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in health and safety.
Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Gas Safe certified (CCCN1 Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety).
Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ 3 in a relevant discipline such as Gas)
Relevant qualifications such as CCCN1 or CODC1. COMCAT modules 1-5
Knowledge of Natural Gas & LPG appliances.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, COSHH, and building regulations.
Ability to write reports & job sheets either manually or electronically.
Significant proven experience in a similar role.
JIB-PMES CSCS gas operative blue card (not essential)
Hold a full clean UK driving license.
