Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to provide virtual counseling services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment goals, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns.

You’ll have the opportunity to focus on direct client care while using your clinical skills to guide conversations, support progress, and provide structured therapy in a remote environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
Understand client concerns and identify areas for therapeutic support
Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
Use appropriate counseling techniques to help clients manage challenges and build coping skills
Support clients with emotional wellness, relationships, and life transitions
Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
Experience providing therapy or counseling services
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
