Duration: January to May/June 2027

Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)

Location: Seletar, Singapore

Role overview

Our Sales team are the face of Civil Aerospace, responsible for growing our business and touching the lives of our customers. As a Sales Intern you will be supporting a team of Sales Directors/Managers to develop powerful ideas and value propositions for our customers, while driving profitable growth for Rolls-Royce.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with/leading the project management of RFP submissions, including internal approvals and proposal preparation
  • Helping to define the strategy required to secure the business
  • Acting as a liaison for the sales team with other internal functions, including account management, commercial, engineering and finance
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities for the sales function
  • Supporting the Regional Marketing Director with ongoing marketing campaigns

  • Customer centric and able to develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • A strong communicator, able to read situations and act accordingly
  • Good presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to function as a team player and project leader
