Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathology Assistant | Full-Time | Pediatrics | Jacksonville, FL

Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our growing pediatric team.

You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Your Role

  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs
  • Implement engaging, play-based interventions to promote communication growth

Document care accurately in Raintree EMR

  • Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support

Requirements

For Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Candidates

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP preferred or CFY eligible.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs.
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.

For Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Candidates

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
