About The Role
- Maintain and continuously update supplier data, contacts, certifications, and compliance status to ensure high data quality
- Communicate regularly with international suppliers and service providers, following up on open topics and ensuring timely responses
- Support supplier onboarding as well as supplier evaluation processes, including collecting, preparing and analyzing supplier performance data
- Contribute to seasonal supplier performance assessments and help identify areas for improvement
- Support contract management by maintaining contract documentation, monitoring relevant deadlines and ensuring that documents are up to date
- Assist with quality and vendor-related administrative processes, including invoices, reports and documentation
- Prepare presentations, guidelines, and communication materials while supporting the team in day-to-day operations and cross-functional collaboration
- Enrolled student in apparel/textile technology, fashion management, business administration, supply chain management or a related field
- Structured, reliable working style with high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Confident working with data and databases
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with high initiative, strong organizational skills, and a solution-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice To Have
- Initial practical experience in supplier management, quality management, purchasing, production, or the fashion industry
