About The Role

The Calibration Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and reporting calibration activities across multiple electrified propulsion system projects. The role ensures the successful delivery of project objectives by managing budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and validation milestones while driving cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead calibration project activities while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and timing objectives. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and deliverables. Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between all stakeholders. Prepare and present project status reports to management and leadership teams. Organize and lead project reviews, management reviews, and quality gate reviews. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track project KPIs and ensure achievement of performance targets. Monitor deliverable maturity and convergence at key project milestones. Manage escalation processes and support issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement and corrective action plans when necessary. Planning and Systems Management Update and maintain project schedules using Planisware . Analyze and monitor product data through PLM systems. Consolidate project volumes, milestones, and deliverables. Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or project leadership roles. Experience in automotive or industrial product development environments is highly desirable. PMP Certification is considered a strong asset. Technical Skills Strong project management experience in an industrial or automotive environment. Budget planning, cost estimation, and financial tracking. Risk, issue, and stakeholder management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Experience with Planisware scheduling and planning tools. Knowledge of PLM systems and product development processes. Understanding of electrified propulsion systems is an asset. Leadership & Communication Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management capabilities. Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to influence decision-making and drive change. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Languages Fluent French. Professional English (mandatory).
