• Configure, test, and customize UPS applications to meet customer requirements while adhering to established safety norms.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on UPS systems as per standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Operate diagnostic, monitoring, and configuration software tools to perform activities on products efficiently and without error.
• Conduct site acceptance tests according to specifications and document results prior to handover.
• Deliver comprehensive training to customers on UPS operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
