Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Manage guest communications: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate guest requests: Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest needs, service requests, and special arrangements are communicated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Support seamless communication: Handle wake-up calls, message taking and delivery, emergency calls, and internal communications in accordance with hotel standards.
• Delight our guests: Deliver courteous, personalized service on every interaction, resolve guest concerns with care and urgency, and ensure a positive guest experience through effective communication.
