About The Role
This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office.
TechTarget is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager who will be a key member of the Client Delivery team supporting Demand Generation campaigns.
In this dynamic role, the individual will primarily responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes aspects of a Demand Generation campaign from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful marketing campaign. The candidate will need to be thorough and extremely organized with strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to work with data. Candidates must be critical-thinkers with solid communication skills. A successful candidate will be a team-player who is able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a demand generation program;
- Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements;
- Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns;
- Provide top-notch customer service by providing quality assurance on all outgoing deliverables and ensuring customer program goals are accurately met;
- Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues;
- Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership;
- Manage and monitor forecasted revenue;
- Use various reports to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals;
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as the need arises;
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
- Bachelor’s Degree (concentration in marketing, management or business a plus, but not required);
- 0-2 years of experience (experience working as a Campaign Manager a plus, but not required);
- Strong attention to detail  and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- The ability and willingness to understand the targeted needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry as a whole;
- Ability to work with a variety of colleagues in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects;
- Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet aggressive deadlines; and,
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer application literate

- The salary range for this role is $50,000- $55,000 based on experience.
