IPO communication: Played a key role in Vikram Solar’s IPO preparedness, contributing to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) communication strategy and execution, Developed investor-facing content including CMD’s keynote messages, investor presentations, and roadshow talk points, Led spokesperson media training to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across investor relations (IR) touchpoints, Coordinated high-stakes interactions with media, brokers, and analysts; managed strategic planning for roadshows and stakeholder engagements, Ensured alignment across internal and external narratives to strengthen investor confidence and reinforce corporate positioning.
