About The Role

  • 個人宿泊予約（FIT）に特化し、電話・メール・オンライン経由の予約対応を担当していただきます。正確かつ迅速な予約処理と丁寧な顧客対応を通じて、ゲスト満足度向上に貢献していただけます。
  • 業務範囲
  • ・電話・メール・OTA経由の宿泊予約受付
  • ・予約の入力・変更・キャンセル対応
  • ・客室タイプ・プラン内容の案内
  • ・特別リクエストの記録・共有
  • ・迅速かつ正確な電話応対（取りこぼし防止）
  • ・問い合わせ対応（料金、アクセス等）
  • ・宿泊中のお客様からの内線電話対応（各種問い合わせ・依頼の一次対応）
  • ・関連部署への取次ぎ・エスカレーション
  • ・PMSへの正確なデータ入力・修正
  • ・フロントへの情報共有

  • 月額給与：207,000～298,000円 ※ ご経験・スキル等により応相談
  • 賞 与：あり。支給は会社業績および個人の勤務成績に基づく。
  • 手 当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(残業、深夜等)
  • 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入

  • 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)
