Job Responsibilities

You’ll work alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams to design and build high-quality software while continuously improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

You will

• Design and build scalable technology solutions that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine.
• Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus on internal APIs and infrastructure .
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code designed for high-scale environments.
• Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks , and implement solutions to address them.
• Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability .
• Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews , helping raise engineering standards.
• Ensure strong observability through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices.
• Document technical solutions clearly to enable effective cross-team collaboration .
• Help shape the backlog and connect technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities .
