About The Role

Dexmate is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of our software platform roadmap. This role will coordinate frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robot-side teams to ensure key platform releases are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, owners, dependencies, and launch timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional execution and drive regular progress reviews.
Identify blockers and delivery risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Manage integration, testing, release readiness, and production rollout.
Communicate status, decisions, and timeline changes to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

4+ years of technical program or software project management experience.
Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience with robotics platforms, fleet management, OTA, or AI systems is preferred.
