About The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and payroll backup functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide HR support to both employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day employee relations and HR support to employees and managers.
Conduct investigations and assist with corrective actions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Administer employee benefits and manage annual Open Enrollment.
Support 401(k) administration and employee inquiries.
Coordinate leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers' compensation claims.
Manage and track required employee training programs.
Serve as payroll backup and perform weekly payroll audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong employee relations and benefits administration experience.
Knowledge of leave management and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with HRIS (ADP – Workforce Now, strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience supporting a U.S.-based workforce.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
Experience with 401(k), workers' compensation, and payroll.
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
