- Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and documentation; provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal immigration processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Proactively assess potential risks, delays, or compliance issues and take action to prevent disruptions.
- Support the Immigration Specialist in preparing for future expansion into other countries, including assisting with documentation, trackers, and vendor coordination as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or immigration case management, preferably in multinational or tech environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine immigration laws and processes; exposure to other countries’ immigration processes is an advantage.
- Experience working with external vendors such as immigration service providers, law firms, and consultants.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good reporting and documentation skills, with the ability to manage data, trackers, and case records accurately.
- Forward-thinking and proactive mindset—anticipates potential issues and takes preventive action.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional fluency in English and Filipino.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating closely with the Immigration Specialist; experience in multinational, tech, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage.
