We are looking to engage a Global Client Services Director which is a key senior, high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer. As Global Client Services Director -You will take full ownership of client retention, satisfaction and organic growth across our entire portfolio of offshore teams — supporting high-growth across multiple sectors.

How will you make a difference

● Lead, coach and build a high-performing Client Services team

● Manage strategic client relationships end-to-end — QBRs, escalations, reporting and growth planning

● Drive operational efficiency and a client-first culture across the Manila site

● Build and present data-driven reporting frameworks for key stakeholders

● Identify and act on organic growth opportunities with existing clients

● Partner with senior leadership on engagement, capability building and commercial strategy

What you will bring

● Extensive senior leadership experience in BPO, offshore staffing or managed services

● A proven track record managing client relationships at a strategic and operational level

● Strong performance management and data-driven decision-making background

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

● Commercially minded, hands-on leadership style — you take ownership and work independently

● Extensive leadership managing a high performing team
