Master Data Lead (BGC Taguig)

Work Setup: On-site in BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Day Shift

The Master Data Lead is responsible for leading the Master Data team in Manila, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled processing of Master Data activities across the Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Training in process improvement, data management, or shared services operations desirable.
• Willing to work Onsite
• Willing to work in BGC Taguig
• Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in master data operations, data management, or shared services delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience handling master data transactions across one or more core domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, or Finance.
• Experience leading in a service-driven operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex requests, escalations, and process controls with sound judgment.
• Experience working with stakeholders across functions and geographies preferred.
• Experience in GBS, shared services, or GCC environments desirable.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of master data processes, controls, and quality requirements.
• Ability to review and validate requests thoroughly to ensure complete and accurate data capture.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP or master data workflows and request management processes.
• Ability to monitor service performance, analyse trends, and act on operational issues.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
