Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain database structures and data models.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance.
• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Software Developers.
• Automate data processing and reporting workflows.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and document technical specifications.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Tools: Hands-on experience in ETL development and knowledge of QlikView or other BI tools.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
