Senior Research Analyst - Consumer Insights

About The Role
The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for internal project management and report writing.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects and analyze complex data sets, synthesize information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. 
Responsibilites
- Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and ensure alignment of research objectives
- Manage research projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation
- Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear and actionable insights
- Prepare and present reports and presentations tailored to client needs
- Contribute to the development of proposals (RFPs), including research design inputs, questionnaire development, and supporting materials
- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project, including data validation and final deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in market research or a related field
- Strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing
- Experience managing research projects and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with research and data analysis tools
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, technology, or related industries is an asset
- Advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities is an asset
- Familiarity with advanced research methodologies such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, or neuromarketing techniques is an asset 
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify key insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions throughout the research process.
- Communication & Presentation: Ability to clearly communicate insights and present findings in a structured and compelling manner.
- Basic technical and automation skills: Effectively uses digital and AI tools with strong critical thinking and problem solving, while showing change resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning agility.
