Policy and Vendor Management Analyst

Role Summary

The Policy and Vendor Management Analyst provides support in the administration of the ATRAM's policies and vendor governance activities. The role helps ensure that policies are kept up to date, vendor reviews are completed on time, and governance processes are carried out consistently to support compliance, operational effectiveness, and sound decision-making.

What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible For

• Support Effective Policy Management: Coordinate the review, approval, publication, and monitoring of ATRAM policies and procedures to help ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Support Vendor and Outsourcing Governance: Assist in the onboarding, periodic review, and monitoring of vendors and outsourced service providers to help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain Governance Records and Reporting: Keep policy and vendor records organized and up to date, and provide timely reports and status updates to support oversight, compliance monitoring, and management decision-making.

What We're Looking For in a Successful Candidate

• Policy and Vendor Management Knowledge: Has experience or exposure to policy administration, vendor management, compliance, governance, procurement, or related functions, with the ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
• Strong Organization and Attention to Detail: Able to manage multiple deadlines, track requirements, maintain documentation, and identify potential gaps or issues while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communication and Coordination Skills: Works effectively with different stakeholders, follows through on commitments, and communicates clearly while coordinating activities across business units and external vendors.
