About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program . This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English proficiency is preferred.
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
