Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the company's internal recruitment function and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality talent across all business units. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, develops sourcing strategies, partners closely with hiring managers, and mentors the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals. The Talent Acquisition Lead also drives continuous improvement in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition metrics while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal hiring requirements.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews for key and leadership positions and provide hiring recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring performance, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and other key indicators.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen AGSI's talent attraction efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on onboarding, workforce planning, and other talent-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong experience hiring for corporate, BPO, or shared services roles is preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
