About The Role

Responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by warmly greeting and seating guests, presenting menus with detailed recommendations, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with kitchen staff to serve food and beverages promptly. Additionally tasked with processing cash, card, and digital transactions via POS systems, resolving customer inquiries professionally, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
Proficiency with POS systems, cash/card payment handling, and basic math skills.
Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and menu offerings.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
