Payroll Clerk

BRIGHT LEAGUE SOLUTIONS INC. is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and bi-monthly payroll billings and overtime verification, processing local and international payments, purchase orders, invoices, and statements when needed, reconciling processed work by verifying with management, auditing reports to balances, and clarifying any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, have work experience in accounts payable and employee payroll, be knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Word, have good organization skills and memory, and preferably have 1 year of experience as an Accounting. The work location is New Manila, Quezon City, near Robinson’s Magnolia. The schedule is Monday to Friday.
