The HR Practitioner

Responsibilities:nn·      Implement and maintainnorganizational structure with clearly defined responsibilities and authority asnguided by the Management;nn·      Oversee in the reviewnof business/functional plans together to determine manning implication in thenCompany;nn·      Conduct manpowernforecasting (short and long term) indicating timetables per department;nn·      Coordinate with thendifferent department managers / supervisors;nn·      Oversee in ensuringnthat all vacancies are covered with an approved personnel requisition formnbefore an employee is hired;nn·      Ensure thenestablishment of database for recruitment purposes to efficiently providenmanpower requirements of different departments;nn·      Review personnelnrequisition and endorse for the approval of the President;nn·      Conduct interview,nreview documents submitted, assess employment exam results and recommendnapplicant/s for approval by the President; nn·      Oversee in thenpreparation of the training and employee development plan;nn·      Review the trainingnneeds assessment (TNA) for employees;nn·      Develop action plans tonensure that programs are in-line with Company objective and that targets arenbeing met;nn·      Review the preparedntraining design based on the approved training and development activities;nn·      Oversee thenImplementation of the training activities based on the approved design andnbudget;nn·      Evaluate all thenemployee training and development activities and provide appropriatenrecommendation to the Management;nn·      Regularly review andnupdate compensation scheme, benefits and rewards;nn·      Facilitate, process andnrender to employees the pertinent, definite and accurate compensation andnbenefits provided to them by the Management;nn·      Establish and maintainnopen communication with employees to resolve work-related problems, providendisciplinary actions in accordance with the Company policies;nn·      Assess, support,npropose and implement enhancements and group processes to win a healthy andnproductive working relationship;nn·      Ensure compliance withnthe Labor Laws and Code in order to establish quality professional relationshipnbetween the personnel and management;nn·      Oversee the updatingnand maintenance of 201 files of all employees;nn·      Ensure safety ofncompany confidential records and documents; andnn·      Performs other tasksnthat may be assigned from time to time.nn nnQualifications:nn·      Human Resource,nPsychology graduate or any business-related courses. nn·      5 years or morensupervisory work experience, preferably from a wholesalendistribution and trucking company.nn·      Pleasing personalitynand positive attitude.nn·      Good communicationnskills (both written and oral).nn·      Willing to worknextended hours.nn·      Computer literate (MSnOffice applications).nn·      Applicants must benwilling to work in Ma-a, Davao City.nn·      Other job details willnbe discussed during the interview.nn nnInterested candidatesnwith suitable qualifications and relevant experience are encouraged to emailntheir current/updated resumes, transcript of records, relevant certificationsnor licenses, as well as with other pertinent documents, and kindly indicate innthe subject line the preferred position title applied at: [email protected] nnJAKKAR MARKETINGnCORPORATION is a wholesalendistribution and trucking company.
