Hydraulics/Plumbing Estimator

This is a remote position. Perform detailed quantity Take-Off’s and calculations Obtain and review bid documents to adequately perform the project quantity take-off. Have a thorough knowledge of the plans, specifications and all project related documents. Prepare detailed price estimates for clients Prepare Estimates Complete supplier order templates Prepare Project Handover documents and send to relevant stakeholders including building certifications / council approvals Research tenders and projects available for estimating to present to the Director Create and maintain projects in Job Management Software Follow up suppliers for pricing and job specific quotes where required Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers Provide administrative support to the team Draft and publish company processes and procedures Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture Upholds and promotes the firm’s values Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards Requirements At least 4 + years’ experience in Estimating / Take Off’s Engineering Degree or related field Experience in Estimating and Take Off Tools Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Intermediate Word and Excel skills Experience/Familiarity with the following Software: Fergus Bluebeam Hammertech Procore Xero Benefits Here at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
