Plans sales and marketing programs. Discovers and delineates market conditions for future programs to expand sales and profitability. Formulates and implements brand strategies to ensure growth and sustainability of the brand business. Takes the lead in brand ideation and conceptualization. Managers the overall business performance of the brand. Pioneers strategic initiatives to drive and champion the brand to the appropriate markets.General roles and responsibilities• Develops marketing strategies, product life cycle, and marketing plans and aligned promotional programs for products handled.• Implements brand strategies as defined in the business plans, working within agreed budget and resource allocation, continuously driving cross-functional collaboration with other stakeholders.• Identifies and shapes strong market potential for existing brands and leads in the launch excellence of new products in the local market.• Provides technical support to the field force to enable effective communication of the product messages.• Design sales materials based on relevant clinical studies/providing product training to the sales force.• Review product and market data to ensure all stakeholders are updated on new market developments.• Manages the A&P budget aligned to the brand portfolio strategy with respect to competition.• Analyses competitive activities, market research, medical and sales data analytics to determine franchise’ potential growth and profitability.• Develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to gather insights to better develop and execute the strategies. Creates, engages, and develops Key Opinion Leaders, speakers, and advisory boards to products handled.• Prepares product forecasts and constantly monitors inventory levels; liaising closely with Supply Chain to ensure that supply timelines are met.• Evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s sales and marketing programs.• Reviews and applies changes and improvements to future programs to expand sales and profitability.• Bachelor’s degree in any science or business-related course• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or operations• Strong communication and presentation skills• Knowledge of costumer insights, competitors/trends• With strong analytical and planning skills• Proven track record in execution with excellence, has strong business acumen.
