The Recoveries Officer is responsible for settling and recovering on debts in the post charge-off space. The incumbent must evidence a detailed understanding of commercial collection procedures and techniques and also the various legislative requirements that apply to the Asset Finance portfolio. The Officer is also expected to: To recover credit losses for ANZMake sound financial decisions based on the information available using CADs (discretion) and initiativeField all customer enquries (whether internal customers or third parties ie. mercantile agents, solicitors), providing accurate and relevant information which shows an understanding of customer needs and expectations Role Location: MDC 100, Eastwood, Libis, QCShift Schedule: Morning shifts will be adhered to, Weekends Off, Hybrid work set upMinimum Qualifications (external) College graduateexperience in a Contact Centre environment experience in working with Customer Service, Collections or Financial campaigns an advantageabove average written and verbal communication skillsproficient with basic MS Office applications You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
