Jobspring Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Jobspring (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). This is a legally binding contract, even if you are just browsing the Site without registering an account or contacting us. The term “you” refers to all Site visitors and users. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must exit the Site. We may revise these documents at any time, sometimes without prior notification. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue your use of the Site.

2. Venue

a) Neutral Venue. The Site allows companies to post job opportunities. Jobspring is a neutral venue and does not endorse any specific job posting, employer, or other Site user. We disclaim all liability arising from user’s listings, interactions, and transactions.

b) Third Party Content. The Site may include content (e.g., job listings, resumes) provided by third parties. Jobspring is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party providers. You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to third-party content or services.

3. Intellectual Property

a) Our IP. All content on the Site, including trademarks, designs, and information (the “Intellectual Property”), belongs to us and our content suppliers. You may view or print a copy of materials on the Site for personal use, provided that you do not modify any content. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Jobspring.

b) Copyright Infringement Claims. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holder’s rights. We will investigate copyright infringement claims reported to us.

4. Your Obligations

By using the Site, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

a) You are at least 18 years old.

b) You will only use the Site for legal purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

c) You will only post truthful job listings and reviews.

d) You will perform all obligations related to any job postings or applications on our Site.

e) You will not create duplicate accounts or share your account with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

f) The Site may contain errors or inaccuracies, and content may not be copied for republication without our prior written permission.

g) You will not submit unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) to our Site or other users.

h) You will not use the Site to gain a competitive advantage.

i) We reserve the right to refuse access, service, or disable your account at any time for any reason without notice.

j) You will not interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or impersonate any person or entity.

5. Remedies for Breach of These Terms

a) We may take any action we deem necessary if we believe that any user violates the Terms of Service, infringes any intellectual property right, or uses offensive language. This may include disclosing the user’s identity to law enforcement, blocking the user’s IP address, suspending or terminating the user’s account, or taking other legal actions.

b) We assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

a) Disclaimer. The Site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the Site’s accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

b) Limitation of Liability. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jobspring, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims related to your content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the Philippines.

9. General

a) Electronic Communications. You agree to receive all communications from us electronically. You may print a copy of any communications and retain it for your records.

b) Relationship of the Parties. You and Jobspring are independent contractors. There is no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between us and any Site user.

c) Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at our discretion.

d) Hyperlinks. You may link to our Site, provided it does not negatively affect our reputation and does not imply any form of association where there is none.

e) Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

f) No Waiver. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce them in the future.
