About The Role

Join SplitMetrics as the Vice President of Marketing, where you'll lead the marketing strategy across brand, positioning, demand generation, content, and go-to-market execution. You'll report directly to the CEO and manage a team of 8, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the leadership team to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role offers significant ownership across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and growth, with the opportunity to implement and scale an AI-first marketing stack.

Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to support company growth, market expansion, and revenue objectives.
Lead the evolution of the SplitMetrics brand across the US and Europe, including positioning, messaging, market narrative, and brand awareness.
Own demand generation and pipeline growth across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, driving go-to-market strategy and execution for existing products.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics, attribution and use of data to improve performance and efficiency
Fluent written and spoken English (C1+)
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years of experience leading marketing teams in high-growth technology companies
Experience marketing multi-product platforms or product ecosystems is a strong plus
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness across demand generation, content, growth, and go-to-market initiatives
Strong experience across demand generation, brand, content, and GTM strategy
Track record of building marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
