About The Role

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager .

Key Responsibilities

Leads and manages the Human Resources team
Drives and supports organizational integration initiatives, fostering collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing operations
Acts as the primary liaison between employees and management
Manages employee relations and collaborates with employee representatives and labor unions
Monitors and oversees payroll processes
Ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies
Supports leadership on organizational development, change management, and company culture initiatives
Designs, develops, and implements HR policies, processes, and systems
Oversees recruitment, performance management, learning, and talent development activities
Addresses and resolves employee matters, promoting a positive, productive, and engaging work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree will be considered an asset
Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role
Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is strongly preferred
Knowledge and supervision of payroll processes will be considered a strong advantage
Experience working with labor unions and collective employee representation bodies will be considered a strong asset
Εxcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to lead
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex situations effectively
