About The Role

Job location - Colombo

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviews and selection
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, including documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
Ensure new recruits are oriented to the organization by exposing them to the Company and thereby enlightening employees about the Group and its activities.
Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying the required training need along with department heads, organizing relevant training programmes in coordination with Group HR.
Perform other HR Operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level
Minimum one-year experience in related field
Bachelor’s degree in human resources approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification .
Well conversant with MS Office Packages.
Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
