About The Role

Lead successful implementation of the eCommerce Project, drive communication with the appropriate stakeholders for actions
Conduct status meetings, drive testing, report issues, track progress of resolution
Ensure the project milestones are successfully completed
Report the project’s progress to management
Contribute in the B2B Customer Portal project, represent FCV Europe in planning and testing.
Communicate with eCommerce Project team, Sales offices, Manufacturing, Customers, and any relevant stakeholders
Helping to create training material eCommerce managers can use to onboard customers
Supporting eCommerce managers to onboard customers, questions on features / functionality, how to do things
Assisting / training sales co’s to understand their roles & process to successfully progress online orders, including creation of work instructions
Quickly responding to queries in relation to online store process to avoid poor customer experience
Conducting testing of the individual features and as part of full front to end testing for customer orders
Helping create user stories for new feature developments needed to enhance customer experience through feedback from eCommerce managers
Supporting customers / sales co’s during pilot to enable online orders to be placed
Managing online Chat function to answer questions arising, in timely fashion
Escalation point for sales office and project issues
