Under the direction of an Attorney, Law Clerks will become familiar with the laws related to employment-based immigration. How you will make a difference as a Law Clerk with Fragomen

Assist our Associates with case analysis and drafting letters.
Prepare employment and family based applications and petitions.
Draft pleadings and presentations to be filed with enforcement agencies.
Conduct original research on current and proposed regulations, case law, and enforcement procedures.
Write memorandums on a scope of immigration issues, including pro-bono work

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience

Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or higher)
Excellent writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated interest in Immigration
Law Review, Law Journal, Immigration Clinic and Moot Court experience
