El Paso Electric is seeking GRID Interns – Transmission, Substation & Relay to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the infrastructure behind a safe and reliable electric grid. As a GRID Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to: ⚙️ Support the design and engineering of transmission, substation, and relay facilities 🏗️ Participate in field visits, project inspections, and construction activities 📐 Assist engineers with equipment, materials, and technical specifications 📊 Support engineering projects from planning through execution 💡 Contribute to process improvements and engineering standards 🤝 Work alongside experienced engineers, project teams, contractors, and other industry professionals
